Newsmakers in Kollywood have confirmed that Ajith will star in Indian 2, to be directed by Shankar. There were rumors that the two may come together for a film that is to be produced by AM Rathnam some days ago.
This news has now been confirmed. It is believed that Ajith, who is now busy with Billa 2, may join Shankar after completing his current assignment. Further, the director is on the verge of completing Nanban and will soon begin the groundwork for Indian 2, says sources in Kollywood.
