Superstar Rajinikanth, Soundarya and K.S. Ravikumar and the film 'Kochadaiyaan' team arrived to Chennai Airport on 17-3-2012 to board their flight to London. During the conversation Superstar said that they are planning to take few songs and some portions of the film during the 20 day first schedule in London He also said that the film 'Kochadaiyaan' will hit the theatres on Pongal 2013.

Sarathkumar and the oter members of the team 'Kochadaiyaan' will go to London on 21st March, 2012. Actress Sneha is doing an important role in the film 'Kochadaiyaan'. The music director of the film 'Kochadaiyaan' is A.R.Rahman and Superstar for the first time sung a song in A.R.Rahman's music. In 1992 for the film Mannan, Superstar sung a song "Adikuthu Kuluru".

One such news was that Ajith will be donning the lead role in the Tamil remake of the Hindi film Race and Arya will don the role of his brother. This film was supposed to be directed by Vishnuvardhan.

In a recent interview Vishnuvardhan has denied this news. He while speaking to the media said, "We are very busy in structuring the screenplay for the film which will have Ajith in the lead role. We are also busy in titling the film suitable to the story. We wanted to announce about this film after selecting a good title. Since we were keeping quiet about this film, various news has been cropping up. This film is in no way connected with the Hindi film Race. There is no connection between my film and Race. I have already discussed and finalized this story with Ajith while he was acting in Billa2. This story was selected by Ajith, A M Rathinam and me.

Suresh and Bala are helping me in penning the screenplay. Normally Nirav Shah will handle the camera for my films but since he is busy with Thandavam it was not possible for him to work in this film. Yuvan and my wife Anu Vardhan will work in this film. Vinodh who had worked as cinematographer in my Telugu film Panja will handle the camera in this film."

Rajni left for London by British Airways flight on 17th March at 4 A M to participate in the shooting of Kochadaiyaan.

Director Soundarya, K S Ravikumar and crew of 20 members accompanied Rajnikanth to London. A big star cast consisting of Deepika Padukone, Sarathkumar, Nasar, Jackie Shroff, Aadhi and Ramesh Khanna will be sharing the screen with the super star.The shooting of this film is to take place in magnificent studios and other places in London. The shooting of Kochadaiyaan which will commence on 21st March will go up to 6th April.

Rajni while leaving Chennai spoke to the media people. He said, "The film Kochadaiyaan will be released on Deepavali day. The first schedule of shooting of some sequences and song sequences will be shot in London. About 40% of the shooting will take place in London. After this the shooting will take place in Tamil Nadu and Kerala. You can see an energetic Rajni in Kochadaiyaan than before."

Rajni after completing the shooting will return to Chennai on 7th April.

Director M Rajesh who won the hearts of people with Siva Mansula Sakthi and Boss Engira Baskaran has completed Udhaynidhi Stalin's debut movie Oru Kal Oru Kannadi and will hit screens probably on April 6th . Now , the director has shifted his focus for his next venture. His next venture will have Karthi in the lead and has been titled as All In All Azhaguraja.The title of the movie says it all, it will be an laugh riot and will have Yuvan Shankar Raja joining Rajesh's camp again after Boss Engira Baskaran .Director Rajesh's favorite Santhanam will also be of this movie.The rest of the cast and crew members are yet to be decided. The movie will be produced by Karthi's cousin Gnanavel Raja 's Studio Green Productions.The movie will kick start once Karthi finishes the problem bonded movie Alex Pandian.
