Director Shankar's first remake venture Nanban Starring Ilayathalapathy Vijay, Jiiva and Srikanth in lead roles is produced by Gemini Circuits. The distribution rights of this magnum opus is reportedly sold to distribution giant Sun Pictures. The previous ventures of both Gemini Circuits( Ninaithale Inikum ) and Shankar(Endhiran) were under Sun Pictures Banner. Nanban has got bigger with Sun Pictures joining them. The team is looking for a January release.
