Jayaram has given priority dates to director KK Rajeev.
The actor has two films ready for release Jayaraj's Nayika and Kamal's Swapna Sanchari.
Jayaram has started shooting for his new film for KK Rajeev directed Njanum Ente Familyum. The script is written by Cheriyan Kalpakavadi and Mamta is the heroine.
Njanum Ente Familyum is said to be a "family based film with lots of comedy and sentiments."
The film is being produced by GP Vijayakumar for Seven Arts and will be Jayaram's first 2012 release.
