'The mistaken identity or the lost identity?' – This question could be a very important one for the look-alike artists in the film industry. Some of the very famous look-alikes in the film industry are Poorna – the look-alike of Asin and Sneha Ullal – look-alike of Aishwarya Rai and so on.
Poorna is very much thrilled on being a part of the glamour industry. She is happy for the fact that, as she is part of it, she gets to travel across the globe. Recently, she travelled across Europe for the Parthiepan's movie 'Vithagan'.The actress was very much impressed by the beauty of the Czech Republic and Slovakia. She treasures the memories of shooting in picturesque little streets and meeting up with a lot of Tamil families in Europe.
Poorna had another un-happy or sad incident in a local daily there. Regarding this she has said, "We were shooting in front of the Czech Parliament and a newspaper had come to click pictures. Apparently, our unit was the first one to shoot there after 10 years. But the story next day read – "Indian actress Asin shoots for a Tamil film". It amused me that even foreigners got me confused with Asin, but at the same it, I was wondering if I'd lost my identity somewhere!"In the recent past, Poorna is very much sad and ponders over the question –The mistaken identity or the lost identity?, even more than ever before.
