Perhaps, for at least two decades, we have been watching the Santoor ad, featuring a charming lady who turns out to be an object of attraction of a guy, but to his surprise, is later revealed to be the mother of a young sweetheart!
With this single concept, the soap became very popular across the country and now, Prince Mahesh Babu is going to act in Santoor ad, seemingly as a Santoor daddy! Notably Siaf Ali Khan and Madhavan have done ads for this brand.
Sources said that Mahesh Babu has signed the dotted lines to be the brand ambassador for Santoor soap in Andhra Pradesh. Notably, Santoor would be the eighth product that Mahesh Babu is endorsing, apart from Amrutanjan, Navaratna Oil, UniverCell, Thums Up, IDEA, Jos Alukkas, Provogue and Vivel.
Buzz is that Trivikram Srinivas, who earlier directed Pepsi commercial with Dhoni-Ram Charan Teja duo and Joy Alukkas commercial with Mahesh Babu, will direct the latest Santoor ad with Mahesh Babu in the lead. More details are awaited.
