Buzz is that South India's top director Shankar is planning to come up with a sequel to his super hit movie, Bharateeyudu (1996). Producer A M Rathnam, who has been missing from the scene for many years as he ran into a financial mess, is reportedly making comeback with this sequel as producer.
Bharateeyudu (1996), starring Kamal Haasan in dual role, was all about freedom fighters fight against corruption. In the wake of Anna Hajare movement now, Shankar has decided to do a sequel to his earlier blockbuster.
Reports indicate that Shankar wants to go Tamil actor Ajith this time than with the original hero Kamal Haasan.
