Osthi is the remake of hindi blockbuster Dabangg . Osthi brings Simbhu , director Dharani and music director Thaman together for the first time.

1.Osthi mamey(Baba Sehgal, Ranjith, Rahul Nambiar, Naveen Madhav )

Baba shegal has rendered this song at ease giving the song the bass effect which is best suited for an introduction song .Ranjith and Rahul Nambiyar have done their part well. Trumphet and percussion arrangements from Thaman brings in the typical cop feel to the song.Special credits for lyricist Vaali for bringing in dynamic tamil wordings .

2.Unnale Unnale(Thaman. S, Rita)

Thaman tries to recreate the magic of his previous hits with techno voice. Reeta's part brings the melody feel to the song and makes you fall in love with this song. Starting strings reminds us of Manmadhan Ambu tune somewhere but thats all the connection. Altogether, its a right mix of melody and folk.

3.Neduvali(Rahul Nambiar, Mahathi)

Trumphet in the start of the song says it all. It is a full fledged dance number from Rahul Nambiyar and Mahati.Catchy lyrics like Dumeel dhan Daamalu dhan makes listeners to play this song many times.With Simbhu dancing for this track, this song will surely be a visual diwali treat.

4.Pondati(Simbhu)

Though the song has strong influence from Thaman's earlier hit Karupu Peraazhga , Simbhu justifies the song with his voice and simple lyrics .

5.Kalasala Kalasala(LR. Eswari, Vijaya T. Rajendar, Solar Sai)

LR Eswari makes a come back with this song along with T Rajendar . Kalasala kalasala is a folk number that will have everyone in their dancing shoes . T R's humming in the middle of the song resembles Doo da song which TR crooned earlier for Doo movie .
