Genelia wedding on 4th February

 

Finally, actress Genelia is all set to enter wedlock with her long time boy friend and actor Riteish Deshmukh on 4th February putting an end to the intense speculations around their love story. The venue for the big day has been finalized as Hyatt Regency in Mumbai.

Genelia has proved her mettle in South industry and stepped into Bollywood and the duo had acted in Tujhe Meri Kasam after which the speculations began. However, both Genelia and Riteish denied the reports and said they were just friends. The duo currently acted in Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya that is releasing shortly.

As per the reports from Mumbai, the wedding is said to be low-key affair and confined only family and close friends. There is also a buzz that Genelia will continue her acting career even after wedding as Riteish's parents have no objections.

Amala does Scuba diving in Andamans!

 

Amala tried a hand at Scuba diving while shooting for award winning Malayalam director Dr Biju's Aakashathinte Niram in Andamans.

The actress took time off her busy schedule, to go scuba diving!

Amala who loves active outdoor adventure sports says that she always wanted to try out underwater sea bed exploration through scuba diving.

Andamans is supposed to be one of the best places for scuba diving as the coastal water surrounding the islands is the abode of one of the richest coral reef ecosystem in the world.

On her way back from Andamans to Chennai, Amala told "I had a blast exploring the coral reefs and underwater formation undamaged by human activity. Scuba diving in the Andamans is a once in a life time experience. I loved every moment of it."

Amala also confesses that her scuba diving experience was such a rejuvenating feeling that she will be going back to do it again. She adds that the whole experience completely changed her life and she is now looking forward to more adventures in the sea.

AKKV launched on November 17

 

The master and pathbreaker of Tamil cinema Bharathiraja is going back to his roots.

His Anna Kodiyum Kodi Veeranum (AKKV) will be launched on November 17 in Theni.

The cream of the directors K Balachander, Balu Mahendra and Mani Ratnam will be present on the occasion along with other dignitries from Tamil cinema.

The film also marks the return of Bharathiraja to his favourite village subjects which made him a director of International reputation AKKV has Ameer, Karthika, Iniya, Meenal and others in the star cast.

GV Prakash is teaming up for the first time with Bharathiraja in the film.

Vinay says "it is my bad luck"

Actor Vinay says with pain that it is his bad luck that he is not getting Tamil films in spite of acting in big directors films. Actor Vinay had acted in Tamil films like Unnale Unnale, Jayam Kondan and Modhi Vilayaadu. Now he is currently acting in the film titled Mirattal directed by Madesh.
